I was Purchasing 20 dollars worth of eCoin off of the website and I, of course, used paypal, upon going back to the cabal page i see that it says my eCoin balance is still zero, i would greatly appreciate if anyone from the Support team of cabal or an administrator who may know waht happened please explain to me how to fix this issue and tell me if any of this will be decuted from my bank account.
