Ok imagine you have two 20-sided dice:

Dice 1 is your craft type.
1-4 = fail
5-10 = +0 low
6-15 = +0 high
16-19 = +2
20 = pc
*note: it's pretty much 50-50 for what the actual type is (like rate or cd)

Dice 2 is the slots:
1-19= +0 slots
20 = +1 slot (except for 2 slotted crafting items, they cannot increase)

Sounds about right from my 3.5 years of crafting experience. Although, i would say that as the grades go up, it's larger dice than 20, so the chances of pc lower, and failing is increased.

Has anybody ever seen a 2 slot item crafted out of 1 slot? I've always heard that its possible, but have never seen it. And I've been crafting for a longggggg time.

Very possible.
I've crafted a bunch of 2 slot osmium battleboots when shooting for the 1slots.
Of everyone, I thought you would've seen some too :P

@Valdoroth
My crafting experiences are very different from yours (osmium crafting).
1-3 = fail
4-9 = +0 low
10-17 = +0 high
18-28 = +2
29-30 = PC

I remember having crafted a PC at least 1 out of 15 crafts.
With that being said, I used a 30 sided die instead of a 20 as it was easier for my own calculations.

Also, I generally ended up with a 40-60 (magic:sword) ratio
Forcium crafts would be the same as osmium, except there'd be more fails, less +2's and slightly less PC's (probably 1/20)

So far my forcium deathblow helms haven't been very nice. I've tried about 15-20 and not a single damage craft or +2 yet.
On the flip side, my forcium gloves have had about 10 crafts total and I've made 1 pc and 1 +2 already. Working on getting to amp though.

Aw, that's unfortunate.
I did about 15 forcium crafts total in my days of crafting.
1 PC, 2 +2's (all correct amp).
The rest were pretty much +0's and fails :P

Done about idk just guessing 300 lapis/topaz orbs maybe more fail rate for me is like 50%.... i've made 3 or 4 8 rate orbs but never a pc cdi orb yet and have never even heard of one being done, at least on venus... armors are alot nicer then weapons, hardly fail and seem to get alot more pcs, but even with helms i think its like 2to1 rate to cdi

I will try to post a table with my rates and some of my knowledge about crafting probabilities. Valdoroth I think you first die is good for lvl6 100%- lvl7 100%-n, when 1=<n=<100. I have done 50+ crafts in difference crafting lvls and so far the rate for any craft at lvl7 less than 100% is the one you have given. At 100% lvl7 craft [maxed craft Lv.] your success increases around 2%[tested with osmium mainly]. From osmium[take is as an origin] you have a 7.7% success chance of getting a PC, 1 each 13 tries. Each lvl up or down of craft, you subtract or add .5%. So a PC at forcium lvl7 100% is around 6.6%. You can test it if you like...you will get close numbers. I got alot to study so im not getting in more details...but one day after I seen most cool crafted stuff from me...I will post my table of facts :D.
