Um you're blind. Venus is NOT dead. It just has half the population. If you didn't notice, Venus has many of the fastest dungeon run times in the NA version of Cabal. This idea was posted a year ago, six months ago, but still has not even seen an inkling of happening. I've even suggested it once (or twice), but it's not likely to happen. They would also have to add more channels honestly.

Plus, if you merge servers, then the next update's Mission Battles (or whatever they'll call them) will not be able to take effect. Can't have a server version of war with only one server an you.

all i know is chan 8 is almost always full...
now as to whether they just decrease server capacity to make it look like so, i dunno. ur guess is as good as mine
