My account was recently hacked and I was just wondering how long will I have the "In Progress" ticket and if there will be any change to let me know that everything is OK now. I'ts been about a week and I'm clueless on what to do since this is my first time reporting a hack.
What should I do?

Stop making new threads is one thing to do, secondly just wait for the helpdesk response if you submitted one, nobody here can do anything for you.
