Login problem

Bug information: I can't log in to the game even try many times.

Maybe not, 'cuz 3 hours before that i could.

I just reinstalled the client. Now when i run the Cabal.exe file then i says: " fail to receive server information, please restart launcher". How can i fix this? Anyone help me here please?
