to start you guys ESTSoft on the right foot...
Things that were all wrong in your previous NA publisher:
1. No clear cut policy on bots, alz selling and buying,
and cash transactions other than the cash shop. They kept
reminding that all those were not allowed, yet at the rate
alz sellers abound in their server and the unexplained wealth
of some high level players who were favored by some g.m.'s in
the past, it makes one think otherwise.
2. It's been said time and again: arbitrary banning and selective
unbanning. The reason being the favor granted to some 'friends'
of those in-game managing the game (read: again, the g.m.'s).
3. Support in the forums is unresponsive and not timely if they
repond at all. We have always been kept in the dark. Even up to
the last minute, OGP didn't help or assist us in anyway regarding
the tranfer, instead, they tried to trick us into deleting our
accounts prior to the transfer with their "sweet" 30% astro refund.
4. Their forum mods are just plain stupid. They allow all those
flames and bashing on the forums like the community is a bunch
of spoiled kindergarten kids, and when you so much as say something
bad about the company, even if you meant it as a constructive criticism,
they will be quick to lock, hide, delete your posts and threads.
5. They nerfed just about every epic drop and crafting success
to the point of ridiculous. And when people complained, they keep
putting the blame on the developers (ESTSoft, that's you guys!)
for it being crappy the way it is. yet, you hear and see more
progressive servers like Eu and Ph, and others.
6. And the g.ms had to resort to the so-called Watcher Program (read:
GA's) to do the jobs they should be doing. This bred favoritism and
contempt.
I hope whichever cabal team you will hire to manage this game will
not be as corruptible and smacking of unprofessionalism as the previous.
So that just about rules out the present and soon to be disbanded team.
In other words, I hope you won't hire the same team! Or you can be sure
as hell this game will go down to the dogs again.
