I was doing some story quests (yeah, gross D:) and I came across this NPC that I never really looked at in detail....but the Black Bard has a really cool hairstyle and costume! My suggestion is making a Suit of Black Bard costume epaulet and possibly a hairstyle based off of his. Let me know what you think :P
