Upgrade beginning skills or no?

Ok,what I need to know is whether to upgrade my beginning skills,ie:Press impact,Flash Draw & Power stab,and if so,to what lvl?Knowing it costs money to downgrade I need to know before I get these warrior skills to high.Right now,I'm only lvl 4 warrior.So,any help will be greatly appreciated.I need to know what skills to get and use from lvl 1 to lvl 20,Thx:)

keep impact and power stab they are fillers along with rising shot and charge and make them all lvl 20

Ok,but what about Flash Draw?Should I keep it or get rid of it to get Fade Step?If I keep Flash Draw,I can't use Fade Step as I only have 3 slots to start.Any help would be appreciated.:>)

get rid of flash draw get fade step(equals another dash that makes enemy looses target)
