Cabal Hates Hibernation?

Whenever I close Cabal and put my computer into hibernation mode, I can never get the launcher to open when I wake the computer up. Anyone else having this trouble? If so, any solutions, or do I have to shut down the computer every time I exit Cabal? :confused:
