I've tried to complete this quest from the craft merchant, but it won't let me complete it. It just says in the description that I need 3 UCHH to complete it. I have those in my inventory, but it says I don't have the required item for the quest. I abandoned the quest and tried again with the UCHH all ready in my inventory and it said "Target item does not exist".

You have to craft the sample under the "999 and below" tab and what you're looking for should be located after all the bm3 books.
