Questions on Bm3

Hey, this is my first time trying to get Bm3 and I just wanted to know if I can skip the levels. Like instead of getting 40 clones for lvl 1, can I get 50 clones for lvl 2 instead so I can save time and money? and is the crafting 100% success rate?

Yes crafting is 100% but sorry to inform you can't skip BM3 levels. You first have to get level 1 in order to get level 2 and then level 3.
