Pot spam lag

Remove HP pot spam lag(delay) within dungeons!
I remember when Cabal had NO pot spam delay! It was awsome, but then there was whinners in pvp wars!
I wish they'd put it back to normal for dungeons as it has nothing to do with wars and pvps.
