need to know what skills i should get and not get, i dont see any useful guides.

Honestly FBs have enough sword points to get all the skills they have available. For magic you want all the buffs (don't max resist intention), hard luck, enervation, field of enervation, execration, field of execration, mana freeze, lightning, aqua, stone, wind cannons.
