Ecoin To C Points

hey i am having problems converting ecoin to c points so i can buy weapon storage boxes.
i have 2000 ecoins but when i enter the prepaid shop it says i have 0 e coins.
what do i do?

It's called prepaid shop for a reason. You can only get c-points from buying ecoins with the game cards that are listed in the drop box.
