I was wondering, What are good levels to bring Edc and sc to serve both purposes of pvp and pve. Also if you can, can you put a reasoning behind it o.o
ive had my edc and sc at lvl 20 since my 120s, dps being the most obvious reason of raising them. if u know when to use AF , EF , Hail , Cannons then EDC and SC at 20 is still very usable in combo.

i have both of mine at lvl 15 cuz #1 i don't have a good computer to keep combo #2 its nice to spam them in NW with cuz they still do very good dmg alot of wiz prefer 20 or lvl 9 or lvl 12 the choice depends on the users style of playing soo go test out and see for ur self

im trying out level 20 and its working pretty well for me xD
