Greetings!
With the recent announcement of a Server Merge for Mercury and Venus, we have created a guide/policy for a swift transition to a new Server.
Character
• Restriction in character creation.
Character Creation will be unavailable 1 week prior to server merge.
• Character Name
Temporary Character Names will be provided
A Rename Card will be awarded to each character via in-game mail.
First player to acquire the name will keep the name.
• Character Slots
If the number of character exceeds the provided 6 character slots, lower level characters will be deleted.
If there are characters with the same level and one of them has to be deleted, then the one with lower experience points will be deleted.
• Character Wielding Forcecalibur
The Forcecalibur will be transferred with the character.
• Nation
Nation information will remain
For the characters that completed the ‘war clouds’ quest group, they will be given nation change item with 30-Day limit.
• Titles and achievements
All remains except the bringer title.
• Mission war information
Scores for bringer title will be reset
• Buddy list
Buddy list will remain
Buddy list will reflect the name changes
Characters deleted due to limited character slots will be removed from the buddy list
• Mail box
All the mail info will remain with the character
Characters deleted due to limited character slots will also have their mail deleted.
• Inventory
Inventory will remain with the character.
Cash inventory is account based, so it does not change
Guild
• Guild Name
Temporary Guild Names will be provided.
Guild masters will receive guild name change item via mail (Enables you to change your Guilds Name for free.)
First guild to acquire the name will keep the name.
• Guild Information
Guild emblem, level, member list, warehouse info will remain
Characters deleted due to limited character slots will also have their name deleted from the member list
If there are guild emblems, it should be changed afterwards
• Guild Board
Guild Board will be disabled
• Beginner’s guild
All the characters in beginners guild are sent to beginner’s guild
Warehouse
• Exceeding warehouse slot
If the warehouse slot limit gets exceeded due to the merger, items are moved to Temporary warehouse slot.
You can only take out items from the temporary warehouse
Auction house
• Exceeding auction house sale slots
If the auction house sale slot limit gets exceeded due to the merger, the items are moved to the temporary slots.
You can only take items from the temporary slots.
• Registers items before the merger.
The user that registered the item should re-register the item after the merger for it to be searchable.
Auction house slot additions should be disabled before the merger.
Mission War
• Nation Reward
After the merger nation reward will be disabled for both nation
Item Shop
• Server / Character Transfer Items will not be sold at least 1 week before the merger.
