What nation should I choose? I'm confused on which I should choose. For the past 5-8 years, I've always been Capella nation. Now, I'm thinking about joining procyon nation. Which should I choose?

You should wait till after the merger it has been stated that every character that has finished the war clouds quest line will be given a 30 day time limit black transmuter. So if they wish to change nations they will have the opportunity to do so.
