I think the worm stuns you for too long. Does not give you nearly enough time to get out of the way before he one hits you. Why not make the stun last only a couple seconds instead of 10 seconds? It's bad enough that if you don't stand in specific spots you get one hit and lose an entry and waste your time.

Then stand in that specific spot. If you can't do panic cave without dying, you can just run other dungeons.

Plenty of people do panic cave just fine. Asking them to make it easier for you is like a lv.130 saying ft2 is too hard, please make it easier for me because I go in and lose my entry and it wastes my time.
