What lvl should Infernal Stigma be on for grinding purposes?

i got mine on 18 with my lazy pve combo (not 100% stun lock, u will probably take like 1 hit b4 u stun mobs again) stigma 18 - assassinate 9 - infernal 9.

it also depends on ur combo. if ur gonna go short skills e.g. impact stab, illusion, assault, slash etc, i'd suggest u have it on 20 cuz it's gonna take awhile for u to loop back to it.

Have to add in another skill, those 3 alone will not make a good stunlock.

Mine's on level 20, always has been. Stun lock combo still works perfectly, I have no idea what kind of "stun lock" combos you guys are using though.

My stun lock combo I've used since the beginning (learned from a player in EU):Infernal Stigma(lv20) - Rising Shot(lv20) - Force Slash(lv20) - Infernal Impact(lv9) - Assassinate(lv9) and repeat. Others have variations of the same combo just in a different order, I prefer this one because I've gotten used to the timing for the stun lock. I can farm MF and PF with my 2slot item drop set without dying pretty easily.

Impact Stab is too quick i believe, the point is to have enough filler time to make sure the previous stun's effect has ended. The skills you use between stigmas is up to you. Just make sure you follow the 8 sec guideline.

They both have very little AOE

Impact Stab = better range (1~2) but no KD
Rising Shot = bad range (0~1) but has KD

Personally don't like Rising Shot, both my FB and FS had better alternatives. What do you generally use for stunlock?

Force Blader's have a variety of combos, you just have to see what works best for you. Personally don't like this one as it lacks AOE. Can't speak for him but I assume rising has to do with timing/kd?

Other common combo: Infernal Stigma(lv20) - Assassinate (9) - Infernal Impact (9) - Dance of Ruin (20)
Once again there are variations of arrangement of this along with varying skill levels.

I use the 2nd combo when lazy... but usually I don't stick to a certain combo and use skills randomly based on my mood. The point of the stunlock is just to stun them for safety and deal dmg in between. If you're feeling safe you can actually skip a few rounds of stigmas.

Then mess around with RockStar's combo and see what works for you o.o. Nothing like real testing. You could also mess with the 2nd combo and use 2 different skills in place of DOR.

It's not common for FB's to use the exact same combo. There's a large degree of variance unlike other classes.

DOR suffers from low DPS but has 80% down and -10def

Stun stays 8. Forgo cool at 20 but I think it was above 8 o.o

Anyways gotta go 19 = 8.5s cd

Those 2 are the same o.o. It's the oldschool combo. The newer combo is for lazy people like me :D

I have mine at 19...works just as good only it has the 5% more amp :P if u dont wanna be lazy u can try Infernal Stigma(19)>Abbysal Crystal(20)>Infernal Impact(9)>Assassinate(9)..when u get to pf u might have to throw in a force slash in between stigma and abbysal for it to work properly...lol enjoy

Alright I've tried some combo's and my favorite is.. [Infernal Stigma (18 ..might change 20)] - [Infernal Impact (9)] - [Soaring Shot (20) or Dance of Ruin (20)] - [Force Slash (20)] - [Assasinate (9)] Repeat ..

You can choose between Soaring Shot or Dance or Ruin but if you time it right with Soaring Shot i've created a 100% stunlock against orcs in LS. ^_^
