i'd recommend 200 dex and 100 str, even with full sig +15, wiz's def is still very low, and dex is to increase def rate to compensate that low def
The trade at 190 is something like 58 mattack attack or 234 attack rate, 234 evasion, and 176 defense rate for 200 dex/rest int or 1k int/rest dex, respectively. It's pretty clear to me which one is preferable.
Going over minimum str makes no sense. The minimal damage reduce you gain will make effectively 0 difference. Especially considering the attack rate/defense rate/evasion you are sacrificing (or mattack even).
