I think another Mission War time should be added to make it even for everyone-- across all the time zones.

i would have to disagree with that,i love war and go to every war but if they make war every 3 hours people will rarely do dungeons (more rarer than now) and then those people who hate war will stop playing since they won't find people to dung with.
