what dungeon does Gem of Liberation drop?

I'm pretty sure it can drop from any dungeon and if you're 180+, Arcane Golem. Not quite sure what the drop rate is but from experience, I'd say it's close to getting a siena piece from AoS2. There are people who have yet to find one anyways so perhaps it could be even lower.

They can also drop as a rare mob drop in the 180+ map, and I want to say possibly during saints now too? I could be wrong there.
