The spic converter (lv 2) requirement says at least +7 and 2 slots. What if it's already 3 slots and account bound (via sem)? Can you still put it?

yea it looks rhetoric and obvious a question but u never know with the system when u get screwed up lol. and those items are not exactly cheap.
