Server tranfer?

I'm an old school player and have been mostly off and on as of late. I came back briefly when the Atlas server was released and played on it for a couple weeks. I don't want to lose that progress and would like to transfer this toon to the titan server where most everyone plays. Some say it's a bad idea but I mostly played this game for my friends anyway. One problem, though.. no server transfer item? Was this not implemented when the new server opened?

They are two different worlds so to speak , They removed the wormhole generators so atlas can build it self up at it's own pace , What happens on Atlas stays on Atlas .
Same with Titan
