hopeless it lvl122 still not a steancider

i'v tried skl grinding on dummies all day
dont know if did the rank up quest lvl 100
what is lvl 100 rank up quest?
i'm working tower of dead made it past bloody red bate but got lock in a room could not figure out to get out spent last 25 mins trying to get out across from retooth
havent had alot of pvp fights
just wonder what i'm doing wrong please help any help i would appresheat

You have to do the Lv100 rank up quest to be able to get your skills past Completer. And uh.. Steancider lol? You mean Transcender.

The name of the quest is "Leveling Up, 1st" which shares the name of the other rank up quests. The one for Lv100 gives:
EXP: 51,000
Alz: 550,000
Item: G.D. Certificate (Lv10)

For Blader, the quest starts in Desert Scream via the Officer like all the other rank up quests.
