Not even bothering with a ticket since both of my current ones are unanswered.
Simply put, my main character is missing his triple slot OSM from the level up questing back on OGPlanets servers. I never did anything with the gear, it was just in my inventory but since coming back and moving my char over this is apparently missing from my account. All of the stuff was clean, never put anything in the slots etc.
