Problem with shop...

Every time i try to use the shop, The game automatically shuts down...... Would anyone of you know about that problem or am i the only one that does that?....:confused:

The cash shop indeed has some problems, try not to do anything while the cash shop is loading

Lol i see you like pizza......... Anyway. It just shuts the whole game down without even hesitating though. Im really mad. Its done it 2 times in the past 10 minutes. I GOTS TA RENEW MAH PREMIUM! >.<

sux for u :( it jus sometimes gives me error and freezes the game, but not all the time

While your opening the Item Shop, you might be in a laggy area, with that going on, and while loading the Item Shop at the same time may cause a crash or its just difficulty's with the shop is having for the time being. Try to be in a less laggy area while opening the shop.
or It's probably just a problem that EST needs to fix so just be patient and wait for a while.

Another problem i have is with my account. I log on to my account after being gone for about 6 or 7 months now. I wanted to go on my Lvl 87 FS and reminice with my freinds. I finally log in and my character is gone. Its name is still registered. And i know i didn't get hacked. So what is the problem? Where did he go and what happened to him?

I have a problem with my shop too. It's called the Agent Shop.

1. That's a transfer problem so go to the help desk.
2. I like how I'm not having any problems but for everyone else, they'll fix it when they can so be patient.

i used to have that problem with cash shop before EST took over. reopening cabal and trying again would usually work

Hmm Well
1. I'm not having problems anymore.
2. Im pretty sure its not a transfer problem, because he was gone BEFORE ogplanet even traded with estsoft.
3. I already posted this problem to the help desk and didn't say anything about it.
4. I will try again, but i'm pretty sure they won't reply.
5. I know i wasn't hacked. (Why even try)
6. I just want to know what kind of trick they tried to pull, removing my character to my account.

this happens to me too, when i open cash shop
cabal closes immediately then detected as trojan

Or your game may be crashing due to low processing power on your computer...using window mode seems to help with that, and besides if you are in window mode you can just open a browser since that is essentially what it is doing anyways
