well, Im guessing it should because lvl1 infernal impact has 11.2 seconds cd.

ifu get like 8+ combo either ur dead by then or ur opponitesu cks unless ur gate farming / guardian

Im kinda curious about the debuff stats.
We know its cdi and cr, first of all, but how much does it increase per lvl? Is it 1 every lvl? 1 every lvl after 9?
that may also affect what lvl you may want to leave it at, or whether to keep infernal impact in combo
