Website not letting me change my Pass

I can logg into the Cabal Website but when i go to account management and put in my account info to try and change the pass it says Username not found. I can logg into the game just fine too ... so idk whats goin on, but i really needa change my pass. I transfered over from OGP too btw idk if that has anything to do with it. If anyone knows how to help plz let me know :(
