I believe, along with most other users, that it would be alot easier to party in the war worlds if the auto-attack option would be terminated between Capella, Procyon, and No-Nation members in a party. Who seconds this idea?

fully agree with this idea, make it to where you cant attack ur party members, but all other people of opposite nations you can

Yes. This would greatly improve partying in maps such as FGR + and in the war channel.

An alternate solution would be to toggle Friendly-Fire on/off.
Cause sometimes even your party members can piss you off.

I've managed to kill party members of the same nation on accident =_=

DeathlikeHowls

That's why it'll have a toggling feature. =D
Then when your opposing Nation randomly comes to you in LS/MF/PF, you can turn friendly fire on and kill the rest of your party since they didn't do squat to get the others to stop killing you. >.>
Not that this has ever happened to me, it came to me while I was pooping at work.

I would only support this as a toggle, because when I spar in war worlds I like to be in a party so I can see my damage and they can see theirs.

Ok, so as a toggle it is.. Anymore ideas or suggestions to promote the idea?

I'm pretty sure the idea speaks for itself, and GMs wouldn't need much proof.
I can't think of anything to promote this idea, other than keeping the Thread alive.
That, and I'm really tired waiting to go to work. xD
I'll post ideas when I get off work.

Lol I don't see the harm of having the choice, though I'd always have friendly-fire on. xD

@TWF, I thought about it the entire time I was slacking at work, and I got nothin'.
Maybe a video showing the ups and downs of not having a friendly fire toggle option.
Obvious ups: Keeping your opposing nation friends alive.
Downs: Possibly to slow to switch back and forth, in case of a pk.
And of course, if you're a Cap, and you have Proc friends, and Proc pkers come out (not from the same Guild), and pk you.
Your friends are going to get caught in the cross-fire, unless the Friendly Fire includes Party only.
Running on that, maybe the Friendly Fire toggle could have more than one option?
Like one for Party members, Guild members, and Channel Chat members.
Any ideas?

The original plan for the "friendly-fire off" method was to be exclusively for parties and for those of opposite nations WITHIN the party. No other effects would take place to those characters outside of it however, they could still be PK'ed as usual. The toggle feature just gives the players within the party a small amount of flexibility just in case a situation arises within the party where PK becomes necessary(don't ask me for a situation, still working that out).

I don't see the problem with expanding the idea to similar facets of the game such as Guilds and Channel Chat members, but usually those players are much further away from the actual party action and thus the idea may not prove necessary for them all. I can picture a situation where you go out hunting on a war world and find an opposing nation character and instead of attacking them a system message appears telling you that "You cannot attack Guild members with Guild Friendly-Fire Off." or something to that affect. In this case, there would be 3 separate features to the Friendly-Fire Toggle: Party, Guild, and Channel. This would work and prove to be a much more fulfilling update than just the upgrading party procedure by itself.

I like your ideas, DeathlikeHowls, and thanks for the support in this thread. Keep it up! ^^

I do what I can! =D
There's only a few Threads here I can see going all the way in this game.
This is definitely one of them, if I come up with anything you might add, I'll post again. ^^

Well, I'm just hoping to make the little improvements I can to this game with the help of it's fellow players. I like to see those who care as much as I do show their support in whatever ways they can. If I come up with any new ideas I'll create more threads.

Yes and this will prevent that and make partying easier as a toggled feature.
