Will the GoCard PrePaid cards have some kind of tax to it?
i.e you buy 1000 ecoins and when you redeem it you get like 900-980

No, don't worry about it
You will get full-refilled as the amount you paid.

How to use the GoCash on Cabal website ? There is no option to select in the Refill eCoin at Gocash. What's wrong ?
