View Full Version : To those who have problem with login/activate/transfer accounts

Hello, this is from CABAL NA Support Team :)

This is to help you if you have problem with your account management.

STEP 1
You must SIGN UP first regardless if you have OGP account or not.
When you sign up, you will be asked to transfer your OGP data or not.
You can either do so or give up the transfer.
If you want to transfer, fill in your OGP ID and password to verify.
If you don't want, click "Give up" button on the bottom.
(You can always transfer your data back by creating a new account.)

STEP 2
Once you sign up, the verification email will be sent to your email address.

STEP 3
Check your email and click the link in it to activate your account.


* If you signed up before 4/1, you will need to go to step 4 to finish OGP data transfer before you can use your account, even though your account is activated with the confirmation email.


STEP 4
Click "OGP ACCOUNT TRANSFER" button on home page and go through OGP data transfer.
If you want to transfer, fill in your OGP ID and password to verify.
If you don't want, click "Give up" button on the bottom.

Now you are good to go ;)
