help cabal will not start "video"

ok well i have tried everything yet i can not get cabal to start so if anyone can help please do, i have added cabal to my firewall, anti virus, restarted 2 times, reinstalled cabal 2 times, and i have changed the start up to windows vista, and windows xp and i have updated and also i have checked the files twice, while cabal was working just fine it would start up until the latest 2 updates ... well here is the video:

Some stuff you can try:

1. Disable UAC:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off

2. Ensure your firewall is allowing access:
I know you mentioned this already, but double check again to be sure that it is allowing CABAL. Also you can try adding the following files to your firewalls exception list:
C:\Program Files\CABAL Online (US)\cabal.exe
C:\Program Files\CABAL Online (US)\CabalMain.exe
C:\Program Files\CABAL Online (US)\GameGuard.des

3. Try running as an administrator:
Just right-click the short-cut you click to play, and choose 'Run as Administrator' and see if that helps.


Do you have any other types of programs like:
- Anti-virus'
- Anti-spyware
- Firewalls (ex. ZoneAlarm)

well, i have done everything you said, and i have, reinstalled cabal and done everything yet cabal will not start still here is my computer info:
