Failed to connect to server

Every time i log in, the blue loading bar would always fill up to the end and it was say failed to connect to server. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

I also am having connection issues to the server and i live in the south of the U.S.Have Cable modem with a 4port router attached.need some help.game has been unblocked in my firewall.and i keep getting a loading game at bottom of screen alot.

yea what kind of maintenance is that.. in other shoppe i can play cabal ..but here in my house still cant T_T
