How To Change Account Name??

I made my account before the Secrets of Radiant Hall Update, and now i am stuck with a Account Name that has Special Characters.

I sent a ticket, and they replied this,


Hello, this is CABAL Support Team.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
It has been changed that account name including special characters could log in game, since “Secrets of Radian Hall” update.
Therefore, you must change your current account name to new one that special characters are excluded.
Please let us know the new account name by ticket besides special characters as “~, !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), _, +”
including spaces and other non-English alphabetical characters combined.
We will support to change the account as you want, so that you can enjoy CABAL.

Now i don't get it, there wording confuses me, am i supposed to Create a New Account and then Let them know?

Or Let then Know the New Account name i want so they can change it??

Has anybody had this proble before, and can you guys reply soon.. i don't want my premium to run out.

The ticket says to reply/make a ticket with the new username you want.
