So I've been playing Cabal for a few years, and I recently took a break for a couple months, and I came back to find things have changed. I tried to register with the new site and transfer my account over but it cant find my email or ID or anything. Is it lost for good or is there still away for it to be retrieved by like a GM?
I hope there is because I had alot of purchased items on that account...

if u inputted the right info, it should be transferred

But its saying that my email isn't even correct, which I know it is. My friend is also having the same problem.

maybe u forgot dat u changed ur email? send in a help desk ticket if the problem persists

Yeah I guess I'll send a ticket, because I know I didn't change my email or anything. SO hoping when the game transfer happened my account didn't get deleted! Thanks for the help

My acct got mixed up i cant find my high lvl chars and cant seem to get an answer from help desk.

How long ago did you ask the help desk?
I'm alittle upset, and I certainly dont want to start over knowing I just lost my high lvl characters and my premium items and pets.

some people certainly had transferring problems causing them to lose items, but i believe they could be recovered i guess

You login with your new account but during the registration, you put your old account username in the field.

I'm not sure who you are referring to, but I am aware of HOW to transfer it, the problem is all my information is invalid. Which leaves me to believe that for some reason it was deleted.

I havent and tried the new acct thing but it says acct activated but still my chars are in limbo any good ideas gough ghan cause i sent the ticket in a wk ago.
