If EST could create a kit to unbind costumes to make them tradeable, i'm sure alot of ppl will buy this. If the kit could also unbind account bound epaulettes, even better!

That'd be a nice idea, but then again, don't get your hopes up, don't expect EST to do something like that.
this idea has been brought up many of times. i even brought it up back on OGP forums about a year ago. no one did a thing.
gift box that could be bought in item shop and then put any account bound item in it so the item can then be tradeable.
