Help!

Ok,I just restarted a warrior.I am now lvl 8 and the only quest I have is the Ghost house.I've tried to do it twice,but got killed on the way to it by Zombie maids.Right now I can only wear 1 certain set of armor,which I have.I have been putting my extra pts. as follows:Str:4 Dex:1 then Str:3 Int:1 Dex:1.
Please advise what else to do as I have been going through hp potions like crazy,even with regen.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thx:(

Do other quests , grind at other weaker monsters to get stronger, ask for buffs in town... HP/Attack/defense
