I was going to leave this thread alone, but I can't resist the urge to poke at it with a stick like a dead cat on the highway. We are all legally bound by the Cabal USA End User License Agreement - if you want to play the game you must agree...period. This agreement is found under the SUPPORT link and is titled EULA. People who violate the EULA will testify that justice is swift and permanent. But have you actually read it? Do you know what it says? Do you live it everytime you play Cabal? Item #4 clealy states trading, selling, or even renting is legal - so long as they use an updated, current Cabal client and know about this EULA.
