Can't delete character =[

Like the title says, I can't delete a character. All Sub PW's are deleted, the problem is that it shows " You cannot delete the character Lvl 50 and Above. So is there any way i can get this character deleted? I sent a ticket recently but I'm sure it will take a.....very long time to get a reply :S. So is this some sort of glitch, or is it really a new update or whatever. Thanks for any help :/.

Yeah :/ all sub pw's are deleted. Sure of it...Im trying to delete a character above level 50. Problem is, It's saying "Cannot Delete Character Level 50 and Above" *sadface*. ( I already sent a ticket, hoping i get a reply before i die )

You can't really delete a character 50 + now. You have to send in like a help desk ticket that will take a long time to get a reply from to get you character deleted ...
