  1. ok uninstall avast, then make sure you have completely uninstalled norton, after you uninstall norton from the system reinstall avast
  2. yea..I did right-click da *a*
  3. did you right click the tiny bubble icon with the "a" on it, that is sitting on your bottom taskbar near your clock and volume icon?
  4. I dont see the *On access Protection* All I see are:

    Summary
    Scan Computer
    Real-Time Shields
    Maintenance
  5. hey now I have the problem with * !!! QuaryDosDevice Failed *
  6. ty, and in avast, right click the icon at the bottom task bar, then choose "on access protection control", next scroll the left window down until you see shield and web protection icons, click each one and then click to customize, after you do so you will see an exceptions list at the bottom, follow the prompts to "add" the cabal file and game gaurd file to your exceptions list for both icons. (you may have to browse to the file path to include it)
  7. lol i love all kinds of music send away i would love to check them out
  8. how to add exceptions to my norton antivirus list

here you go fearlezz hope this helps also try this antivirus software, it is what i use and it updates daily and constantly scans for problems via browser, ims, email, the works
it is free and all you have to do is update your registration key 1 time a year.
additionally it hasnt given me any problems with running cabal
    Avast
just download it by clicking the big green arrow and the registration process will commence after install, easy to use.
  9. well i suggest first to ditch norton because imo its a terrible antivirus program compared to others on the market and free versions of most of them can be obtained from www.cnet.com,
as far as how to access your exceptions list it should be located within your settings menu for norton, however more details you will have to find via google or the norton website sorry i couldnt help out more. but also check the faq page for this website as it gives you suggestions on how to resolve the incompatibility issue with anti virus software and the client.
