this is my Answer:
You don't need upgrades
The only skill you will buy is Aqua lance and Fire Lance
about the items :
you only need 2 pieces Normal Phery orb 1 slot no plus
for set: Normal Shadowtitanium 1 slot (suit,Boots,gloves and helm) no Plus
about rings and bracelet ,retain the Accesories that you got when you are still level 40 below

then proceed to your Quest
quest it untill level 79 and you will gain a total Quest reward of 100m
when you are already level 79 , click select character and create another Archer and Repeat the process above .
imagine 2 character in 1 day that will give you 200m ,in a week you will get 1.4 billion
