I'm seriously trying to keep my cool about this but it's been well over 6 months now. I'm going to take it to the next level and if nothing gets done I'm going to go legal on this issue. I've spent money on this account, money that could have been used for something way better.

I want to be able to use my character avatar again. I've provided you people with more than enough information and have waited patiently for more than enough time. I've tried looking up your number and still decided to give it more time since I know you have switched companies. I'm missing out, after dedicated fandom and still I get no results. I have already submitted various helpdesk tickets and tried getting in-game help. I can be a little more patient but I'm just about at the end of that rope. Please help me out GM.

ok so i did updated my cabal and it wont let me get to the log in screen. it stops at "Authenticating" and then nothing happens.

I did these steps too.

1) Restart comp
2) Click "Check Files"
3) Download the Patch
4) Uninstalled the Reinstalled
5) Redid steps 2 and 3 then 1 and 4.

how do you know if you have been permanetly blocked?

Hi, So my account was hacked, and my chars deleted (My 170 FB) nearly a month ago. I have sent in help tickets. there have been posts on the forums. My tickets havn't been responded to. The posts on the forums have been stright up deleted. I have other people now posting help tickets refurring to my account. I have now sent an email to EstSoft regarding the matter. you were able to get Reborn his account back when the same thing happend to him. How do i get my tickets read at all.

GM i found out my threds were deleted and i still don't get my account back. Please help me.
