Can log in here, but not in game?

It's been a few months since I've played and I recently rebuilt my system so I had to reinstall Cabal from scratch. Finally worked around the Win7 ultimate problems and have it running. I managed to get my account transferred and get my access to the site all squared away. It won't let me log into the game at all though. I've tried my normal password. I've tried the password for the site here. Nothing works. The only thing I can find in the help is how to reset a subpassword. None of it says what a subpassword is or what it's used for but I reset it anyway. It didn't reset it *to* anything though. I just got a message saying it was reset.

How can I get my actual in game login resolved?

theres an error try changing your password than logging in and the subpass dont worry about it if u reset that good u can set it again once u log in

That's the problem. Is the game password supposed to be whatever the password for the site is? I've reset the site password three times. It doesn't work in game.
