so i was lookin at the EU forums, and they have RoL+2s for around 250m, and they were laughin at us having them for 2b+ >_> ... so can someone just explain why they have so much more RoL+2s than NA if the drop rates are supposedly the same ? where are all of NA's RoL+2s ? >_>

It wasn't EST that lowered the drop value of everything,it was OGP,but then again...drops get progressively worse after every maintenance so maybe it is est keeping everyone weak so they spend usd on cash shop hardness capsules
