Hi, confusion with GoCash Game Card

Hello, I have recently purchased my first GoCash Game Card to purchase items in the Item Shop. I went to refill eCoin and then scratched the back of my game card. However, I am confused because the page asks for a 10 to 15 digit PIN number. My game card instead has four sections of four digits, making up a total of 16 digits. What should I do? Thanks for the help.

I had the same problem, it's really easy.
Just use the first 4 numbers + the first number of the next row, you have to cram the numbers into rows of 5 because the cards are weird.
