Issue with the 170-180 war

I tried to enter war at 9pm pacific time april 23, 2011. When i double clicked on the war channel it said "The servers are undergoing regular scheduled maintenance", which forced my game to close. This only occurs during that certain war which would just happen to be the war that determines the nation bonus for the next week. Can any gm please look into this and if its a player doing it please deal with them :). I tried to get in the war for 25 minutes after this and the same message appeared.

"the servers are currently undergoing regularly scheduled maintenance, can not connect at this time".
