Server time is off by 13 hours. Server time is currently 3:18 a.m. on February the 7th, 2015.

No big deal. I find it funny how they managed to address an issue with the Quick-buy NPC like half a year after the shop was terribly "revamped" rather than a current issue such as this. But oh well, you know what they say, "better now than never."
To be honest, I don't fault them that much. Anyone who has done any server work knows what a pain in the rear dealing with time is.
