I believe they are aware of this. I had to delete a lvl1 char of mine yesterday and evertime I entered my PassWord I received the message incorrect PassWord even though it was the correct PassWord. So I just sent a HD ticket intitled Character Deletion with the following info.
Registered E-mail Address:
Game ID:
Server Name:
Character Name:
Character Level:
Character Class:
Agree with our Character Deletion Terms:
