I had to go and buy 8 fu ckin tickets to make 4 work.

Valuable player that doesn't actually spend USD on their cash shop? lol
probably a left over duped one left over from that bug ppl were trying to exploit, so you now have a choice (a)be a good citizen and npc it so it no longer circulates (b)hope and pray the devs will answer your ticket in less than 24hours and take that duped voucher out of the game and give you a real one, or (c) be an evil bastard and resell it
